SKYLAR HALL

Specialized in supporting Targeted Universalism and organizational development practices at Seed, Skylar works with consultants to ensure that the various stages of project development, research, facilitation, and implementation are met in an equitable and efficient manner. He also acts as a key liaison in maintaining a collaborative relationship between clients and consultants to ensure project needs are met.

Skylar has a background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work with a focus in equity-based program development and AAPI community outreach. They received a BA in Political Science with Minors in Asian American Studies and Civic and Community Engagement from Cal State Northridge.
